1) When am I speaking?<\/h2>\n

Please check the detailed program<\/a><\/strong>, where each presenter is listed, along with his\/her time of presentation.
\nPlease note that all times are expressed in UTC (Univeral Time Coordinated).

2) How can I upload my paper?<\/h2>\n

3) How can I upload my power point presentation?<\/h2>\n

Use this form<\/a><\/strong>: https:\/\/2021.spacerenaissance.space\/index.php\/presentation-upload\/<\/a><\/p>\n

4) How can I upload my pre-recorded video presentation?<\/h2>\n

Record your 10 min max video, and upload it to youtube, non public.
\nthen send us the link, using this form: https:\/\/2021.spacerenaissance.space\/index.php\/power-point-presentation-upload\/<\/a><\/p>\n

5) Am I however required to be present live?<\/h2>\n

Yes, all presenters are kindly requested to be present live, to reply to questions and to participate to the panel discussion, at the end of each session.<\/p>\n

6) How will I connect to the live sessions<\/h2>\n

You will receive an invitations to join a Zoom meeting, from sric3 (at) spacerenaissance (dot) org<\/p>\n

7) May I be present on the whole Zoom session of mine?<\/h2>\n

Yes, you’re kindly requested to join your session from the start time.<\/p>\n

8) How will the presentation be organized?<\/h2>\n

You can choose among 3 options:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. present live, sharing your screen, running your slides<\/li>\n
  2. present live, while the direction will run your presentation, turning each slide upon your indication<\/li>\n
  3. the direction will run your prerecorded video-presentation (if you sent us the link to the youtube video)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Option 3 will be done, as a backup, in case of unexpected absence of the speaker.<\/p>\n

    Each session chair should choose\/agree a method with the session’ speakers.<\/p>\n

    9) How can I attend other sessions of the Congress?<\/h2>\n

    The whole Congress can be watched on Youtube stream.<\/p>\n

    Each session can be reached through the Space Renaissance Attendify platform<\/strong>, on which all of the participants are already registered:<\/p>\n

    10) Is the upload of a written paper mandatory?<\/h2>\n

    No, to upload a written paper is optional.<\/p>\n

    However, only the uploaded papers will be included in the Acta Book, that will be produced and published after the Congress.<\/p>\n

    11) Will we have a rehearsal session before the Congress?<\/h2>\n

    Not easy to add practice sessions during the days before the Congress, due to the intense organizational activities. However, should a session chair require it, we’ll do our best.<\/p>\n

    NOTE: <\/b>keynote speakers are not requested to present a paper, however they are welcome to upload a presentation and\/or a prerecorded video (question 3).
    \nThey are welcome as well to present a paper, should they like so.<\/p>\n
