Prof. Foing is executive director of ILEWG International Lunar Exploration Working Group, and manager of EuroMoonMars programme. Guest prof at VU Amsterdam\/Leiden Observatory. Vice-chair of COSPAR Commission B (Moon, planets and small bodies) and PEX Exploration panel, chair of IAF ITACCUS, and member of several IAF committees. Full member of IAA since 2010. Former President of ESTEC staff committee (2012-2017), and former Chief scientist ESA ESTEC (2002-2018). He has worked at ESA Space Science Department at ESTEC (1989-2020), as visiting scientist, staff scientist, study scientist, Research Unit Coordinator, Project scientist and Chief scientist. Born in France, attended Ecole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure of Education & Technology, and became Professor Agr\u00e9g\u00e9 of Physical sciences. He obtained a PhD on Astrophysics and Space Techniques at CNRS, with research stays in the US (Lockheed, SacPeak, Boulder, Harvard). He worked 3 years in Chile as astronomer for ESO European Southern Observatory, and as Professor of Astrophysics. Howard Bloom <\/td>		.<\/span>
Howard Bloom is a former Visiting Scholar at New York University, founder of the Space Development Steering Committee, founder and co-chair of the Asian Space Technology Summit, founder of the International Paleopsychology Project, executive editor of the New Paradigm book series, a founding board member of the Epic of Evolution Society, and a past member of the New York Academy of Sciences, the National Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Psychological Society, the Human Behavior and Evolution Society, The International Society of Human Ethology, and the Academy of Political Science. Howard graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa at New York University, in psychology and neurobiology. But he turned his attention to the anthropology of popular culture. Howard knew nothing about rock and roll, but founded the biggest PR firm in the music industry, working with Michael Jackson, Prince, Bob Marley, Billy Joel, Billy Idol and roughly a hundred others. His goal: to understand how new myths and movements are made. He\u2019s founder of a new discipline, paleopsychology, whose mandate is to \u201cmap the evolution of complexity, sociality, perception, and mentation from the first 10(-32) second of the Big Bang to the present.\u201d His interest in human expansion into the Solar System led him to conceive \u201cGarden the Solar System, Green the galaxy\u201d, a manifesto on humanity's mission to spread life in the cosmos. \"Garden the Solar System, Green the Galaxy\" has been adopted as the official vision of the National Space Society. Patrick Collins <\/td>		.<\/span>
Dr. Patrick Q. Collins is a well-known and respected authority on space economics, space tourism, reusable launch vehicles, and space solar power. He is a professor of economics at Azabu University in Japan and adviser to a number of companies and organisations. The focus of Dr. Collins' research for the past 25 years has been how to stimulate growth of commercial space activities, the two main opportunities being tourism and energy supply. Dr. Collins performed the first market research on space tourism in Japan in 1993, and collaboratively in the USA in 1995, and it has been very satisfactory for him to see his results confirmed by Nasa-funded studies performed in recent years. He is co-founder of Space Future Consulting, which maintains the Spacefuture.com archive. Dr Collins is closely involved with Japanese work on space tourism and space solar power, subjects which are gradually getting more and more attention, and is Chairman of the Society for Space Tourism of Japan (SSTJ). <\/td><\/tr>

Michelle Hanlon is President of the National Space Society (US), and Co-Founder \/ President of For All Moonkind, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on protecting human cultural heritage in outer space. For All Moonkind is a Permanent Observer to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNOOSA). Chair of the NSS International Committee and member of the NSS Policy Committee. Michelle is a Co-Director of the Center for Air and Space Law and instructor of aviation and space law at the University of Mississippi School of Law. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Space Law. Michelle received her B.A. in Political Science from Yale College and her J.D. magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. Dr. Matula is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Sul Ross State University - Rio Grande College. His research focus for the last 25 years has been on the economic space development, the most recent focus on lunar industrialization and the development of economically viable commercial space settlements. MBA, Ph.D. is Bachelor of Applied Science Program Supervisor at Great Basin College, Instructor Marketing and Management at Great Basin College, and Advisor \/ Investor at Astrosettlements. In his consulting work his focus has been on the application of innovations in the technology environment to business and the development of the space commerce industry. Shaun Moss is writer, speaker, teacher, space settlement researcher, computer scientist, web developer, and musician. Born in Melbourne, Australia. Shaun is interested \u2013 among other subjects -- to space settlement, environment, planetary engineering, futurism, music, film-making, photography, travel, business, finance, and economics. He writes books, non-fiction works, about humanity becoming multiplanetary, settlement of Mars. Also interested about rotating space stations, built in free space or from asteroids. Jerry Stone is a freelance presenter on astronomy & space exploration. He founded Spaceflight UK. Member of the British Interplanetary Society. He gave his first space talk at school back in 1969 when he was 14, and now he does this for a living, all over the UK and abroad. He also presents space workshops in schools across the UK, inspiring pupils with a range of space activities. He is often interviewed on TV and radio, and is the author of a book about the Moon landings -\"One Small Step\". He is described as \"One of the leading speakers on space exploration\". Arthur Woods <\/td>		.<\/span>
Arthur R. Woods is an astronautical artist and independent researcher based in Switzerland. In the summers of 1967 & 1968 he worked at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida during the Apollo program. Since the mid- 1980's he has been proposing and developing orbital artworks. Two of his art-in-space projects were successfully flown on the Russian Mir space station: the \"Cosmic Dancer\" sculpture in 1993 and \"Ars Ad Astra: the 1st Art Exhibition in Earth Orbit\" in 1995 during the ESA's EuroMir95 mission. Together with Dr. Marco C. Bernasconi he co-author of \"The Space Option\" concept - an evolutionary plan to meet the basic and anticipated needs of humanity with the addition of utilizing near Earth resources, most immediately, the harnessing of inexhaustible amounts of clean energy from space. He is developing the concept of Greater Earth - a new perception of our planet which is also an alternative space program where he is the resident artist. He has co-managed several studies for the European Space Agency and the International Academy of Astronautics and served as co-chair (1996-2003) of the IAA sub-committee on the arts and literature that plans the annual session at the International Astronautical Congress . Jim served as Space Program Projects Manager at the Hawaii State Government, for the Office of Space Industry, and as Science & Technology Officer and Research & Development Coordinator for the State\u2019s Dept. of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT). He also was launcher and Director of Hawaii\u2019s Office of Aerospace Development, developing bilateral and multinational space activities through Hawaii, including the Japan-U.S. Science, Technology & Space Applications Program (JUSTSAP), the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) on the Big Island of Hawaii.
