Space Renaissance International<\/strong> (SRI) Medici Fund<\/strong> is happy to announce that, due to the generosity of our Sponsors, Synergy Moon Inc.<\/strong>, HiSpace<\/strong>, Graham International Consulting and Research, Inc<\/strong>., we are able to award three (3) monetary prizes (total = $ 10,00.00 ) to winners of Student Abstracts to be Announced at our 2021 Space Renaissance Congress.<\/p>\n

The Medici Fund<\/strong> was established by Space Renaissance International<\/strong> with the goal to support the renaissance of our civilization in space and, namely, the science and the enabling technology for the civilian space development. This is named after the influential Renaissance Italy family who were renowned for their generosity of funding for the arts and sciences.\u00a0 As a non-profit grant making body (equivalent to the US 501(c)(3) Private Operating Foundation) SRI operates the Medici Fund Program.<\/p>\n

This will soon become one of the largest not-for-profit grant-based collaborations and equity partnerships for space entrepreneurs, but not only. The Medici Fund will also fund, through the Space Renaissance Academy, one of the top educational scholarship and bursary programs in the civilian space sector, and provide grant-aid and sponsorship opportunities for members to enable them to participate in a range of projects undertaken by partner organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The 2021 Space Renaissance Congress<\/strong> (SRIC3) will take place in a virtual format and will provide attendees with cutting-edge developments in Space Settlement & Exploration, Human Rights, Ethics, Policies, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Energy, Economics and Education from leaders in their respective fields. Experts in research and industry will present the emerging technologies and future directions in their field.<\/p>\n

Students at all ages who are interested in Space Settlement & Exploration \u2013 e.g. Science, Technology, Philosophy, Economy, Policy, Law, Art \u2013 are encouraged to submit 350 words Abstract and a One (1) Minute Video about their presentation on any of the 2021 SRI Topics. All Abstracts will be hosted on the SRI Students Symposium, as well as on the Space Renaissance YouTube Channel.<\/p>\n

Winners will be selected by the Student Abstract Committee and the winners video presentations will be shown at the 2021 Space Renaissance Congress. The Winners will also be offered to develop a full paper, to be added to the Congress Acta Book.<\/p>\n
